Privacy policy

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the items you order.
• Quote requests: your name, email, optional phone number, province, the size, quantity and notes you enter, and any artwork file you upload.
• Basic technical information needed to run the site securely, such as a one way hashed version of your IP address used to limit spam.
• Where you arrived from, such as a search engine or a campaign link, attached to your quote request so we understand how people find us.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, fulfil and deliver orders, confirm payment and contact you about your order or request. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Card payments

When you pay by card, the card form is provided by Helcim, a Canadian payment processor, and your card details go directly to Helcim. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the transaction number, approval code, card type and the last four digits so we can match the payment to your order and handle refunds.

Cookies and storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Artwork you upload

Artwork files are stored privately and used only to prepare your quote and order. They are not published on the site.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@stickyrebels.com. We honour Global Privacy Control signals.
