Delivery and payment

Delivery

Inside Canada we ship with Canada Post and charge their price for the size of your order. Checkout works out the envelope your decals need and shows the price before you pay.

• Decals that fit a standard envelope (up to about 8.6 x 5.1 inches): Lettermail from $1.44.
• Decals up to about 13.9 x 9.6 inches: oversized Lettermail, priced by weight from $2.61.
• Larger decals, up to 22 inches wide: rolled in a tube and sent by Canada Post parcel with tracking.

Lettermail has no tracking. To track an envelope, choose Registered Mail at checkout. Canada Post adds $13.15 for tracking and a signature on delivery.

United States and Mexico

We also ship to every state in the United States and Mexico with Canada Post. Checkout shows an untracked option and a tracked option with their prices before you pay. To the United States, tracked orders go by Tracked Packet USA. To Mexico, tracking is added with Registered Mail.

Import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Payment

We accept Interac e Transfer. After you place your order, the confirmation screen shows your order number, the total and the email address to send payment to. Include your order number in the transfer message so we can match it quickly.

Your order moves into production once payment is received.

Custom orders

For custom sizes and your own artwork, send a quote request first. We reply by email with the price. Once you accept, payment works the same way.
