How custom sizing works

Every design has a fixed shape, called its aspect ratio. When you make a decal wider, it must also get taller by the same percentage, or it will look stretched. Our size tool does that maths for you. A 5 x 3 inch design made 10 inches wide becomes 10 x 6 inches. Made 15 inches wide, it becomes 15 x 9 inches.

Our printing width is 22 inches, so the width of a custom decal can go up to 22 inches. If you upload your own image, the tool reads its shape from the file. For PDF, AI and EPS files, enter the width you want and describe the layout in the notes.

What we need for your own artwork

  • Vector files such as SVG, PDF, AI or EPS give the cleanest edges at any size.
  • High resolution PNG or JPG files work well with a plain background.
  • Tell us the vinyl colour and where the decal will go.

How much does a custom size cost?

It depends on the size, the design and the quantity. Send a request with your size and we reply by email with a price. There is no charge to ask.

Can I choose the width and height separately?

For shop designs, the height always follows the width so the design keeps its shape. If you need a different layout, describe it in the notes and we will work with you on it.

What is the smallest size?

One inch on the shortest side. Very small decals with fine lettering can be fragile, so we may suggest a slightly larger size.

Can I order more than one?

Yes. Enter your quantity in the request and the quote covers the full order.

How do I pay for a custom order?

Once you accept your quote, you pay the same way as a regular order.
